A to Z Pets in Portland, Oregon recently suffered a loss when a man stole one of owner Christin Bjugan’s rarest reptiles. The man is seen on surveillance footage swiping the $200 black pastel ball python and then stuffing it down the front of his pants before waddling out of the store.

Bjugan told Fox 12 that she had seen the man in her store before, though this time a woman with blue hair accompanied him. Bjugan believes the woman was an accomplice, as the man is seen handing her keys before he steals the snake. Bjugan is hoping the thief and the 2-foot snake are found. She told Fox 12 that if and when the suspect is found, she will press charges.
