Video Shows Anaconda Regurgitating A Cow In Brazil

Brazilians recently captured footage of what appears to be a green anaconda (Eunectes murinus) regurgitating a large mammal in a river in Brazil. The snake obviously swallowed an animal that was too big for it to handle. The video, uploaded to YouTube Nov. 23,  is pretty gross, but very interesting at the same time.

Anacondas can grow to more than 20 feet in length and weigh more than 500 pounds. Anacondas are native to countries in South America and can be found in bodies of water such as swamps, marshes and slow moving rivers. They spend the majority of their time waiting just under the water's surface to ambush prey such as fish, birds, small mammals and other reptiles. They are also known to prey on capybara and tapirs.
